"Seriously Bad Customer Service"
I had a really frustrating experience with the customer service here. They weren’t helpful at all, and the way they handled things just felt careless. Come on now, it shouldn’t be that hard to treat customers with a little respect.

"Not sure there’s enough equipment available"
I’m not sure if I just went at a bad time, but it felt like half the machines were either being used or out of order. I ended up standing around waiting more than actually working out. Maybe it’s better on other days, but for me it didn’t really feel worth the membership.

"I joined thinking there would be a..."
I joined thinking there would be a better mix of classes, but the schedule ended up feeling limited. It seemed like the same few options most days, and a lot of the times didn’t really work for me. I gave it a fair shot, but I started getting bored faster than I expected. I’m glad I paid attention early on instead of just sticking with something that wasn’t really fitting my routine.

"I don’t know, maybe I caught..."
I don’t know, maybe I caught it on an off day, but the whole place just gave me a tense vibe. Usually when a gym feels like that right away, I kind of assume that’s just the general atmosphere there. It didn’t feel very welcoming or relaxed, and I couldn’t really get comfortable enough to enjoy my workout. I ended up leaving more irritated than anything...

"Not saying it was the worst experience..."
Not saying it was the worst experience ever, but canceling definitely took longer than it should have. I get that there are steps they have to follow, but still, it felt more annoying than necessary.

"Membership got a little too pricey for me"
I ended up canceling after thinking about it for a bit. The membership price just felt too high for how much I actually use it, and I kept going back and forth like... do I really need this? In the end, it didn't really feel worth keeping.

"Could be a lot cleaner"
I really wanted to like this gym since it’s close to my place, but it just didn’t feel very clean. The floors were dusty, the locker room had a weird smell, and the bathroom definitely needed more attention. I’m not super picky, but when a gym feels dirty, it’s hard for me to get comfortable and focus on working out.

It’s really close by, so I end up going there now and then. the location is the main reason I joined
"Felt like I walked into the wrong place"
I wasn’t expecting much, just had a simple question, but the way the staff reacted made it feel like I had committed some huge offense by even asking. They were rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. It was super uncomfortable, like I was interrupting their day just by being there. A gym is supposed to feel welcoming, not like you’re bracing yourself for battle at the front desk. I left annoyed and disappointed, and I definitely won’t be going back.

"Locker room was alright"
It was clean enough I guess, but the lockers felt old and kinda cramped. Not terrible, just not that comfy to use.
"Billing just doesn’t seem right"
Got charged the wrong amount. Not once, twice. I figured it’d get sorted out after I contacted them, but nope. Still sitting there, still not fixed. Frustrating, honestly.

I wasn’t really impressed, to be honest. A few of the machines felt like they hadn’t been looked after properly, loose parts here and there, and some stuff was just out of order. The staff were okay, nothing bad there, but I didn’t feel great using equipment that seemed kind of rough around the edges. For me, it just didn’t feel worth going back.

I really wanted this gym to work out, but the hours have been a struggle. I’ve tried stopping by after work a couple of times and it was either already closed or not open when I actually needed it. I even checked my signup email and receipts to make sure I wasn’t missing something, but the schedule just doesn’t fit a normal workday for me. If you have a super flexible schedule it might be fine, but for me it’s been frustrating and makes it hard to use the membership.

"Decent gym, but the contract threw me off"
The gym itself was okay, equipment was fine, nothing really wrong there. I guess what stuck with me more was the contract. I went in thinking about workouts and schedules and then suddenly I was trying to make sense of all these terms that felt a little too strict. Maybe it would’ve felt different if someone had explained it more clearly, but yeah, the place is decent, I just didn’t love that part.

"Honestly, it’s just way too crowded now"
I used to like coming here, but lately it’s been packed almost every time I go. After work is the worst, I end up standing around waiting for machines more than actually working out. And look, I get it, people want to exercise, great for everyone, love that. But it’s just frustrating when I’m paying for a membership and can’t get through a normal routine. At this point, it’s not really worth it for me anymore
